WHY ALPHA IOS EXISTS

AI is useful. The foundation around it matters just as much.

The model is only one part of a working system. Data still needs to be understood, cleaned and scoped. External instructions still need to be treated as untrusted. Actions still need boundaries. And the person using the system should remain in control of what leaves their machine, what gets executed and what gets remembered.

Alpha IOS is where we build those foundations first — practical tools, local-first where possible, algorithm-first where it makes sense, and AI used where it adds real value rather than where it merely adds another layer of hype.
